General:
• All commissions are handled via Paypal• I have a right to decline a commission without giving a reason.• I reserve the right to terminate or refund a commission at any time.• You can purchase a commission for others.• I reserve the right to post your commissioned pieces on my social media accounts or use in a portfolio.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Payment:• I will not start a commission until it is paid.• Payment is taken up front, no exceptions• Invoices will be sent via the email you provide• Please remember to select the “Paying for an item or service” option when sending the payment if an invoice isn’t sent.• No eChecks via PayPal, please.• Commissions over $100 may be paid off through payment plans.• I can hold an adopt if you ask me to, but it must be paid off within 48 hours of claiming or your right to the adopt is forfeit and you may be blacklisted from future purchases.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Refunds:• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.• I do not normally do refunds for commissions.• I will not offer refunds on completed works or adoptables.• If money has not been sent yet, or the piece has not been started, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to the artwork I have made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.• Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Process:• Please provide a reference. It does not have to be a full sheet, but I need a colored image to go off. I will not accept a paragraph of text.• Work In Progress will be given at the sketch phase for any adjustments needed, and by request after that.• WIPs might be given as well if I have to make sure of something. I usually only give WIPs for reference sheets/customs, so if you would like one for your commission, please ask.• The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as:
Health, Order of commission, Complexity, Work, or Family issues.• If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified ASAP.• DO NOT ask me to trace, take inspiration from, reference, or copy another artist's style in any way for any reason.• If you have read my T.O.S., please include "Buzz Buzz!" in your confirmation~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Usage:• You are free to re-post and use your commission with proper credit given.• Do not claim the work as yours, please credit me.• Do not edit your commission, please!• I am allowed to post the artwork on my various social media sites.• You are allowed to use purchased works as profile pictures, banners, etc., with proper credit given.• Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless stated otherwise beforehand (like using it for streams or promotional materials).• You may print your commissioned piece (ex. for yourself or as a gift.)• You may NOT use it for commercial use (ex. business cards, merch, etc.) unless details are discussed beforehand.

+ $5 onto any size piece*Will do normal or candy gore!
